I met Rouven at the Natural High Healing Festival in Finland in 2024. We were both there as workshop facilitators and had the chance to experience each other's work. What I really enjoyed about Rouven was his down-to-earth approach and concrete insight into what makes us struggle in our relationships.
Rouven Schneider is a cultural anthropologist, couples counsellor, and somatic facilitator who has accompanied over a thousand couples in the past 13 years. He specialises in trauma-sensitive relational work, weaving together nervous system research, somatic practice, and needs-based methodology into what he calls Evolutionary Relationships — a framework for using the field of relating as an incubator for personal and cultural growth.
